Irregular-shaped ceilings and decorative panels, as the "finishing touch" of interior and exterior decoration in buildings, their processing accuracy and technological complexity directly determine the final presentation effect. High-difficulty sheet metal processing is the core technical support for realizing these complex shapes. Professional enterprises, through precise equipment and exquisite craftsmanship, transform design drawings into high-quality metal decorative works.

The processing technology of irregular-shaped ceilings focuses on the precision of shape and structural stability. For ceilings with hyperbolic, wavy and irregular geometric shapes, 3D modeling technology is adopted for digital decomposition. The complex curved surfaces are decomposed into processable unit modules, and then multi-angle bending is carried out through a CNC bending machine (with a bending accuracy of ±0.5°) to ensure that the curvature and Angle of each module are exactly the same as the design. For the irregular structures that need to be welded, argon arc welding technology is adopted. The weld seam is smooth and flat, and after grinding, a seamless splicing effect can be achieved. In the surface treatment stage, spraying, anodizing or electroplating treatments are carried out according to design requirements. For instance, the irregular-shaped ceiling in the hotel lobby uses mirror-finished anodized aluminum plates. Through high-precision polishing processes, a reflectivity of over 95% is achieved, enhancing the sense of spaciousness in the space.

High-difficulty sheet metal processing relies on equipment precision and technical experience. Equipped with high-end equipment such as CNC punching machines (punching accuracy ±0.1mm), laser cutting machines (cutting error ≤0.05mm), and CNC bending centers, it can process metal plates (aluminum, steel, stainless steel, etc.) with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 10mm. For the metal plate punching business, we can achieve micro-holes as small as φ0.8mm, large holes as large as φ100mm, as well as various irregular hole arrangements and combinations, meeting multiple demands such as ventilation, sound insulation and decoration. In high-precision processing, by simulating the bending process through a computer, the rebound of the sheet material is predicted and compensated in advance to ensure that the final dimensional error is controlled within 0.1mm. For long strip sheet metal parts, multi-point support positioning technology is adopted to prevent deformation due to self-weight during processing and ensure straightness and flatness.

Process quality control runs through the entire processing process, from raw material inspection (such as the uniformity of sheet thickness and mechanical properties) to dimensional measurement at each stage, and then to the assembly and testing of finished products, ensuring that the irregular-shaped products not only have precise shapes but also possess sufficient structural strength and stability, capable of withstanding various stresses during installation and use.
